Background
Debeilei earned his BSc in Applied Mathematics and Mathematics from the joint program between Jinan University and the University of Birmingham. His research focuses on the Bernstein problem for minimal surfaces and their properties in higher dimensions. He is also interested in the intersection of geometry and machine learning, including manifold learning, optimization on geometric spaces, and the role of differential structures in deep learning models.
